New Focus Immunostaining Tissue Cross – Reactivity (TCR) Studies
As part of IBR Inc.’s Immunohistochemistry (IHC) services, its highly experienced team offers New Focus Immunostaining Tissue Cross – Reactivity (TCR) Studies.
IBR Inc. recognises that Immunohistochemistry plays a vital role in drug development. Analysing of cross reactivity of Antibodies or similar high affinity binding proteins to tissues needs to be elucidated. Further, in animal models documenting of changes in the expression of specific gene products and their localisation in tissue is also highly important. . Therefore, its highly skilled team use the latest technology and adhere to guidelines to help ensure you achieve study success. The Immunohistochemistry services are available on three levels:
Sectioning
IBR Inc.’s service includes the sectioning of formalin fixed tissue embedded in paraffin or resin and frozen tissue in OCT. To ensure the success of your IHC or immune fluorescence study, IBR Inc.’s experienced operators use the state-of-the-art, fully automated Leica CM 1950 cryostat and Leica RM 2255 microtome to make certain that sections are of optimal quality and of reproducible thickness.
Immunostaining
Committed to achieving automated, reproducible IHC, IBR Inc. uses a Leica BondTM that is validated and GLP compliant. This efficient and consistent system creates first class IHC, plus by using CovertileTM IBR Inc. can ensure total tissue care with no tissue lift or dry-out. Finally, the Leica BondTM system guarantees optimal in-situ hybridisation results.
Microscopic analysis
IBR Inc. uses an Olympus IX71 research microscope, complete with state-of-the-art CCD cameras to perform microscopic analysis and microphoto-graphic documentation. By using the Olympus cell F software, IBR Inc. can ensure high quality documentation and qualified evaluation of the many slides of an IHC study. Its expert scientists and /or board certified pathologist can then offer proficient analysis of the Immunostaining results.
