SIRION’s technologies were leveraged in Dr. Bianca Simon and her colleagues’ research showing potential in the growing field of cancer immunotherapy. They isolated human CD8+ T cells and transduced them with a lentiviral construct for a tumor antigen-specific T cell receptor (TCR) combined with the transduction enhancer LentiBOOST®.
